I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, being very close to the main square and all the tourist spots in the city center. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable, with an extra bed and a balcony where I could relax. Lastly, the breakfast spread was amazing, with tons of delicious food prepared by very good cooks.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was excellent and there wasn't a single aspect that I believe could be improved.

The breakfast was adequate and the staff was approachable at all times. the location is exceptionally close to the major tourist spots and offers a scenic view right from the window. the hostel served delicious food and provided me with free Wi-Fi during my stay.
The rooms were extremely cramped and looked unclean with old bed sheets and a foul smell. There was only one bathroom, and the toilet seat was broken.

Yerevan Hostel it's great place to stay. Location is excellent for all attractions within walking distance. Beds are very comfy, spacious bed dorms with lockers. Hostel is very clean. Nice sitting area with flat TV screen and maps+pictures of all main attractions on the wall that you can plan your trip. I had breakfast included in my rate nothing big but enough for the morning. Hostel staff have very good knowledge of all area and attractions. They are very friendly a specially Mary she is an angel :) Also I have to mention Agassi he is very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay with them and only I can say if you will decide to visit Yerevan = Yerevan hostel is place to stay. Thank you guys for everything.

Very good location for city sightseeing, also there's a supermarket near by. Staff speak good english and helpful for any situation. and they arrange tour, transport etc., Stayed in private room, was very spacious and clean. Got a big table good for any work, Helpers working around are kind. Got good volumes of hot water in bathroom. Good breakfast.
Heating is a bit weak for this season. internet connection had some temporary trouble. Only 3 of several power points in the room were energized, the 2 are already for heating and TV above, so only one left available for charging. Wash stand is small and had no-hot water. Chatting voices from the hall was a bit loudly.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the free breakfast served daily that included a variety of options such as eggs, bread, and pasta. the hostel's location was convenient, situated within walking distance from key tourist attractions and surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafes. the comfortable beds were a great advantage, providing the much-needed relaxation after a long day of exploring the city.
Sadly, my experience was dampened by the poor hygiene standards. the bathrooms were often dirty, and unpleasant smells emanated from them.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with its great location close to the city center and perfect transportation options to tourist spots. The staff was really helpful, especially the lady on the day shift, who had fantastic patience in helping me resolve an issue with lost luggage. Apart from this, the cleanliness and hotel facilities were great, with free complementary laundry services and a delicious breakfast.
Don't have any issues at all.
